Legal notice
The information required by the French law on confidence in the digital economy. Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and who to write to.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. Publisher
The website cerno-app.fr and the Cerno application are published by Camille MISSIAEN, a private individual, outside of any professional or commercial activity.
Contact: contact@cerno-app.fr.
Cerno is a personal project. It is not backed by any company, sells nothing and has no registration number: that is why no such information appears here.
2. Publication director
Camille MISSIAEN, as publisher of the site.
3. Hosting
The site and the application are hosted by:
Netlify, Inc.
101 2nd Street
San Francisco, CA 94105
United States
www.netlify.com
Contact: privacy@netlify.com ·
netlify.com/support
Netlify does not publish a phone number. The contact details above are those the company itself gives in its terms of use and privacy policy; they were recorded on 21 August 2026. No number taken from third-party sources is given here, as its accuracy could not be guaranteed.
The host stores the site's files and makes them available. It plays no part in writing or choosing their content.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, the visual identity, the name Cerno, the logo and the source code of the site and the application are the property of their author. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior permission is prohibited.
The typefaces used, Inter and Space Grotesk, are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, which permits their redistribution. They are hosted with the site rather than loaded from a third-party service.
5. Personal data
Data processing is covered by a separate, more detailed document: the privacy policy.
In short: the content you enter in the application stays on your device and is never sent to us. There is no user account, no password, and no server that would store your tasks.
6. Outbound links
This site contains links to third-party sites. These links are provided for information; we have no control over their content and cannot be held responsible for it.
7. Availability and liability
The site and the application are provided as is. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, without being able to guarantee it: an interruption remains possible, particularly during maintenance or an incident at the host.
Your data belongs to you and lives with you: it is kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing that storage, or switching device or browser, makes it inaccessible, and we cannot restore it — we hold no copy. That is the direct trade-off of choosing to transmit nothing.
8. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a difficulty, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
